I came to know of this tradition two or three years ago and the usual practice that we only follow is the way of the cross. So how come that visita iglesia is something every faithful Roman Catholics should do? The Seven Churches Visitation also known as Visita Iglesia is a pious Roman Catholic Lenten tradition by attempting to visit seven churches or religious sites. Traditionally observed on Maundy Thursday, it is commonly practiced during any day of the Holy Week. The general practise is to visit seven churches either on Holy Thursday or Good Friday and recite the Stations of the Cross in them. Me and my wife usually do this tradition yearly but unfortunately, we only get to visit three to four churches around Baguio City. If you are planning on doing visita iglesia here in Baguio City let me provide you with the list of churches for you to visit. 1. Saint Joseph the Worker Parish Church-Pacdal Circle, Baguio City 2.
